## Operational Details and Requirements
To ensure operational excellence and team synergy, all successful candidates will be stationed at our North Konawe site. Our working rosters are designed to balance high-level performance with professional well-being:
1. Superintendent Level: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off (7:2 roster).
2. Supervisor & Foreman Level: 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (8:2 roster).
