Educational Background
Candidates must hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00/4.00 in the following disciplines:
* Engineering & Technical: Civil, Electrical, Informatics/IT, Industrial, Naval Architecture, and Shipbuilding.
* Marine & Science: Marine Science, Fisheries (Aquaculture/Fishing), Biology, and Nautical Science.
* Business & Management: Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Management (Strategic, HR, Finance, Marketing, Risk, & Business).
* Design & Support: Visual Communication Design, Public Relations, Psychology, Law, and Office Administration.
* Architecture: Architecture.
Professional Qualifications
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the fisheries or maritime sector is considered a significant advantage.
* Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in languages beyond English and Indonesian (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is highly valued.
* Certifications: Possession of industry-specific professional certifications is a plus.
