## Core Responsibilities of a Technical Quantity Surveyor
As a Technical Quantity Surveyor (QS), you will serve as a critical pillar in managing project finances and resource allocation. Your day-to-day duties will directly impact the efficiency and financial health of our construction and agricultural infrastructure initiatives.
* Quantity Take-Offs: Perform precise calculations of work volumes based on detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Budget Development: Draft, compile, and meticulously verify the Budget Plan (RAB) alongside comprehensive project cost estimates.
* Cost and Resource Analysis: Conduct thorough unit price analyses while evaluating material, labor, and equipment requirements.
* Document Review: Examine engineering schematics, technical specs, and contract agreements to guarantee complete alignment with the project scope.
* Progress Tracking: Inspect and verify completed work quantities alongside physical project milestones.
* Reporting and Documentation: Compile detailed volume calculation reports, cost estimations, and all necessary supporting documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with engineering departments, site managers, and external stakeholders to maintain strict control over construction expenses.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
