1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining harmonious labor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing legal frameworks within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage both litigation and non-litigation legal matters effectively.
* Foster positive union relations and strengthen overall employee relations.
* Draft precise legal opinions and comprehensive legal standings.
* Prepare, draft, and review Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs).
* Manage external institutional affairs, specifically liaising with the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, covering both oral and written communication.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing setting.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Willingness to be based at our Gempol Plant located in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Core Competencies Required
* Comprehensive understanding of litigation and non-litigation procedures.
* Proven ability to draft legal opinions and legal standings.
* Strong proficiency in drafting formal MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
The QA Internal Audit Specialist ensures that our production lines consistently meet the highest international standards of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and execute internal audits alongside annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Consolidate and analyze internal audit results on monthly and quarterly bases.
* Coordinate closely with relevant departments to address and resolve internal audit findings.
* Conduct rigorous internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to corporate product safety policies.
* Assist in preparations for pre-external audit inspections.
General Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
* Fully fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience as a QA Internal Audit specialist within the manufacturing industry.
* Prepared to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Core Competencies Required
* In-depth knowledge of internal auditing standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Familiarity with industry benchmarks including BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Points (CCP).
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
