1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining seamless communication and organizational integrity within our production division.
* Responsibilities:
* Manage, organize, and archive documentation for the production department.
* Provide essential support for internal and external audit compliance.
* Oversee the lifecycle of documents, including the disposal of obsolete records.
* Provide high-level translation services between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 certification).
* Prior experience in documentation control and administration.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P1 / QA-P3)
Our Quality Staff are responsible for maintaining the high standards that define the Astemo brand.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Conduct rigorous in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict compliance with customer specifications.
* Analyze measurement data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
* Perform "Not Good" (NG) verifications and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
* Expertise in operating precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges).
