## Role Overview: Production Operator (Lathe)
The Production Operator will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of manufacturing excellence. This role requires technical proficiency in lathe operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to strictly adhere to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Precision Execution: Perform lathe operations with absolute accuracy based on formal Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all finished workpieces to ensure they meet stringent internal standards.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily machine inspections and ongoing maintenance of tools and peripheral machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate technical competence and a commitment to professional growth. Please ensure you meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) or general high school (SMA) diploma.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 25 years old.
* Technical Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Machine Proficiency: Familiarity with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems, as well as Job Order management systems.
* Tooling Knowledge: Solid understanding of lathe tool and insert selection for various materials.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and effectively utilize precision measurement instruments.
* Advanced Skills: Candidates with experience in cycle programming and CAM software (specifically Mastercam) will be given priority.
* Professional Attributes: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment.
* Compliance: Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
