## Role Overview: Project Admin
The Project Admin plays a pivotal role in ensuring our solar installations are executed efficiently and transparently. You will act as the backbone of our project operations, managing information flow and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with our delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Data and Documentation Management: Oversee the collection of all project-related data and maintain accurate records for every initiative.
* Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and detailed financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling meetings with external parties and project partners.
* Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and material delivery schedules to ensure that all deliverables strictly adhere to quality and timeline requirements.
* Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments to address project-specific needs and administrative support.
