## Current Openings at BMI
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
1. Radial Drill Operator (4 Vacancies)
* Requirements:
* Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings.
* Skilled in operating radial drill machinery.
* Capable of performing tack welding and leveling tasks.
* Prior experience in steel structure fabrication is considered a distinct advantage.
2. Welded Beam Operator (4 Vacancies)
* Requirements:
* Expertise in setting appropriate amperage, voltage, and welding speeds.
* Strong ability to read and understand complex technical and shop drawings.
3. Fitter (4 Vacancies)
* Requirements:
* Deep understanding of technical blueprints and fabrication schematics.
* Ability to execute precise and strong tack welding.
* Competent in using cutting torches and grinding equipment.
* Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in steel structure fabrication.
4. Helper (6 Vacancies)
* Requirements:
