The Accelerated Leadership Program (ALPHA) is a premier management trainee program designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders. This intensive development track prepares high-achieving individuals to take on pivotal roles within the BSP Group’s operational network.
Target Disciplines
The company is currently seeking motivated, high-potential graduates for two distinct streams:
* Target Majors: Agriculture, Biology, Forestry, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases (HPT), or other relevant agricultural fields.
* Profile: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Target Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Control Instrumentation, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
* Profile: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
## Program Requirements
To ensure a high standard of excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo intensive training at the BSP Academy located in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Operational Readiness: Full commitment to working in remote palm oil plantation environments across BSP Group operations in Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Contractual Obligation: Ability to commit to a two-year service bond with the company.
