## Open Positions: Frontliner (Customer Service & Teller)
We are currently seeking candidates for two vital frontline roles that serve as the bridge between our institution and our valued customers.
1. Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will act as a consultant and brand ambassador for BCA Syariah. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Customer Engagement: Actively identify customer needs to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
* Sales Support: Engage in cross-selling products and services to ensure customers get the most value from their banking experience.
* Account Management: Handle the opening and closing of accounts, facilitate data changes, and process facility requests.
* Information Hub: Provide accurate, up-to-date information to both potential and existing clients.
* Conflict Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain manual journals for transactions and assist with statement printing, checkbooks, and clearing issues.
2. Teller
As a Teller, you are the backbone of our daily operational integrity. Your key duties involve:
* Transaction Processing: Manage front-office operations in strict accordance with Islamic banking procedures.
* Cash Management: Handle cash box supplies within established limits and perform end-of-day balancing.
* Technical Proficiency: Resolve Communication Time Out (CTO) or offline transactions efficiently.
* Precision: Ensure every financial movement is recorded accurately and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
* Product Advocacy: Actively identify opportunities for cross-selling products during customer interactions.
## Candidate Qualifications
To join our team, you must demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service or Teller in the banking sector is required; preference will be given to alumni of the Magang Bakti BCA program.
* Soft Skills: Must be highly communicative, persuasive, friendly, and detail-oriented.
* Sales Ability: Proven capability in cross-selling financial products.
* Mobility: Willingness to be placed in any of our branches located in Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
