The primary objective of this position is to manage and oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies. You will be the frontline advocate for safety, ensuring that our operations align with both national regulations and international best practices.

* Policy Implementation: Execute comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies and environmental protection strategies across all production facilities.
* Safety Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure a consistently secure working environment.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks, manage workplace incidents, and compile detailed reports on any industrial accidents.
* Training and Development: Facilitate safety training sessions for employees, focusing on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emergency protocols.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company remains in full compliance with the latest HSE laws, regulations, and industrial standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for industrial safety. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Diploma Degree (D3) in a relevant field of study.
* Certification: Must possess a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) certification.
* Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of HSE workflows and a comprehensive grasp of current K3 and environmental laws and regulations.
* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools for reporting and proficiency in AutoCAD for site mapping and technical layouts.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments, and a high level of problem-solving capability.
* Resilience: The capacity to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
* Experience: Prior experience as an HSE staff member in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
