## Candidate Qualifications
To support our operations, we invite candidates who meet the following criteria to apply:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/S1 degree in relevant fields:
* Agronomy, Agriculture, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or Environmental Conservation (for positions 1, 2, and 4).
* Management (for positions 2, 3, and 4).
* Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, or Education (for position 3).
* Accounting or Economics (for position 4).
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Physical & Mental Health: Must be in good physical and mental health, including normal color vision.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: No existing employment bonds with other institutions or companies; must be willing to commit to a 3-year and 6-month service contract.
* Motivation: A genuine interest in the palm oil industry and a willingness to be stationed at our plantation locations.
