1. SCM Admin (Supply Chain Management Administrator)
As an SCM Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless flow of administrative processes within our supply chain operations, ensuring accurate data management and efficient vendor coordination.
Job Description:
* Receive, sort, and manage delivery orders and billing documents from transporters.
* Input and process delivery data and invoices using Microsoft Excel and SAP software.
* Verify and guarantee the complete accuracy of transporter billing data.
* Hand over necessary documentation to relevant departments, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
* Support vendor management administration tasks, such as creating price comparisons, managing claims, handling vendor registration and contracts, and conducting periodic vendor evaluations.
* Manage administrative workflows for additional quotations submitted by transporters or forwarders.
* Receive, sort, and organize import documentation (both soft and hard copies).
* Prepare essential documents and supporting letters for import procedures.
* Assist in organizing import-related payment documents while coordinating closely with the Finance team.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in a relevant major, backed by at least 1 year of professional experience as an Administrator.

The Mill Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily milling and production processes, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards, and maximizing manufacturing efficiency.
Job Description:
* Supervise and guarantee that flour production processes strictly comply with standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Coordinate daily production team activities to maintain smooth operational flow and high output quality.
* Operate advanced milling machinery efficiently.
* Monitor raw material consumption rates and optimize overall production process efficiency.
* Monitor and control the quality of finished production goods to meet corporate standards.
* Compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
* Implement, promote, and ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards within the production area.
Candidate Qualifications:

The Warehouse Checker ensures smooth inventory flow, accurate product counting during loading processes, and meticulous warehouse organization while maintaining safety protocols.
Job Description:
* Conduct shift handover briefings and guarantee strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (K3L) regulations.
* Inspect product placement areas following the packing process, calculate total packed yields, and generate Production Result Handover Forms.
* Update First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory statuses for products scheduled for loading and generate Transfer Order Slips.
* Coordinate seamlessly with Foremen, Loading Checkers, and Forklift Operators throughout the product loading phase.
* Inspect fumigated goods and generate accurate fumigation service orders.
* Assist the Quality Assurance (QA) team in verifying cargo loads for the following day's shipments while gathering ex-reject items generated during loading.
* Maintain absolute cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse area and manage leftover loading materials.
