## Role Overview: Driving Human Capital Excellence
The Organizational & People Development professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring our human capital remains agile, skilled, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. You will be at the heart of our internal development initiatives, working closely with the News and Programming Directorates to foster a culture of continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle for the News and Programming divisions, ensuring alignment between individual output and organizational objectives.
* Strategic KPI Development: Collaborate closely with department heads to establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive excellence.
* Organizational Design: Continuously assess and refine organizational structures to ensure they remain responsive to the evolving needs of the media landscape.
* Change Management: Partner with various departments to integrate organizational development initiatives that support long-term company culture.
* Program Innovation: Develop and implement impactful employee engagement and development programs in coordination with leadership.

Required Qualifications
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, or a related field from a reputable university.
* Relevant Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a Learning & Development role or as a Training Specialist.
* Technical Expertise: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design end-to-end learning modules.
* Knowledge Base: A solid understanding of corporate culture, leadership development principles, and organizational behavior.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) for data analysis and the creation of high-quality training materials.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, with the confidence to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
