## Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor, ensuring that high-quality wood finishes, general finishes, metal coatings, and protective coatings are efficiently packaged and ready for distribution.
Your core responsibilities will include:
* Product Filling and Packaging: Execute the end-to-end filling and packaging processes for various coating products in accordance with company standards.
* Equipment Preparation: Properly set up, inspect, and maintain operational readiness for pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems.
* Quality and Quantity Verification: Accurately calculate production yields and verify that all filled batches comply strictly with Quality Control (QC) specifications and quantity requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: High School graduate (SMA/SMK) with a major in Science (IPA) or Technical/Engineering disciplines.
* Residency: Local candidates residing in the Bekasi area are strongly preferred.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on manufacturing or production experience will have a distinct advantage.
* Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.

## Required Technical Skills
