## Educational Requirements
To qualify for our development program, candidates must hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
* Mechanical Engineering: D3 or S1 degree.
* Industrial Engineering: S1 degree.
* Mining Engineering: D3 or S1 degree.
## General Qualifications
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this professional growth opportunity:
1. Academic Achievement: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
2. Physical Standards: A minimum height of 160 cm.
3. Wellness: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
4. Marital Status: Single/unmarried.
5. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at our job sites in Central and East Kalimantan.
