## About the Graduate Trainee Opportunities
We are currently offering two distinct tracks for our 24-month, full-time Graduate Trainee Program: the Commercial Track and the Technical/Lab Track. Both roles are designed to provide a comprehensive, 360-degree view of our operations through structured departmental rotations, including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales.
