As our Workshop Head, you will oversee workshop operations, ensuring that all heavy equipment and vehicles remain in peak operational condition to support our nationwide projects.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a workshop or maintenance department.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, alongside advanced troubleshooting for commercial vehicles and heavy machinery.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of mechanics effectively.

* Educational Background: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience working as a mechanic for heavy vehicles, with specialized expertise in Dump Trucks and/or Truck Mixers.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with diesel engine systems, transmissions, braking mechanisms, and heavy vehicle components.
