* Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical, mathematical, and technical mindsets are essential.
* Software Skills: Must possess expertise in electronic design software such as Eagle, Proteus, Altium, and LTspice.
* Domain Knowledge: Candidates should have a proven track record or deep theoretical knowledge in electronic projects, including PCB design, component analysis, and system simulations.
