## General Requirements for All Roles
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for our program:
* Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of two years of professional experience post-graduation.
* Hold a D4 or S1 degree in the relevant engineering disciplines listed below.
* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
* Advanced technical competency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (specifically with Visual Basic).
## Open Positions
1. Production Engineer
* Education: D4/S1 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive cross-functional continuous improvement and resolve complex production bottlenecks.
* Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and lead times.
* Analyze production data, including NCRs and rework, while tracking Six Sigma metrics.
* Provide technical support for specialized transformer designs to streamline manufacturing.
2. Planning Specialist
* Education: D4/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate MRP development to manage optimal stock levels across purchasing, design, warehouse, and finance departments.
* Develop and manage project schedules from the initial Purchase Order (PO) to project handover.
* Maintain production planning based on capacity constraints and contractual delivery dates.
* Ensure all material and process statuses align with production requirements.
3. Testing Engineer
* Education: S1 in Electrical Engineering.
* Requirements: Must be active in organizational activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare transformers for rigorous routine, type, and special testing.
* Ensure control panels are functioning correctly under supervision.
* Provide guidance to inspectors regarding test procedures during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
* Conduct investigations in the event of component failure and manage final test reports.
4. Quality Control Engineer
* Education: S1 in Electrical Engineering.
* Requirements: Must be active in organizational activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute daily inspection activities to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
* Identify and mitigate deviations or non-conformance in products and processes.
* Verify that all product packaging meets safety and procedural requirements.
* Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives for both processes and finished products.
