We are looking for agile thinkers and future leaders to fill several specialized roles within our organization:
* MT – Operation Analyst (Engineering background preferred)
* MT – Engineering (Engineering background preferred)
* MT – Accounting (Accounting background preferred)
* MT – Human Resource (Management or Psychology background preferred)
* MT – Management/Business (Economics or Management background preferred)
## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure our trainees thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, candidates must meet the following baseline qualifications:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines:
Economics:* Applicable for specific business tracks
Management:* Applicable for HR and business tracks
Engineering:* Applicable for Operation Analyst and Engineering tracks
Accounting:* Applicable for the Accounting track
Psychology:* Applicable for the HR track
* Academic Excellence: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates as well as young professionals with 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
* Passion & Drive: Demonstrated high motivation for the business and energy sector, particularly for business-focused tracks.
* Mobility: Genuine willingness to be placed at any of Enerma’s operational locations.
* Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal abilities, sharp management aptitude, proven leadership potential, uncompromised integrity, and an innate passion for excellence.
* Technical & Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Adaptability: Highly adaptable mindset backed by robust organizational skills, ideally demonstrated through active involvement and leadership in campus or community organizations.
