1. Management Trainee (MT)
Focus areas: Warehouse, Production, Maintenance, and Utility.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
* Core Competencies: Strong desire to learn, exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and a track record of active organizational involvement.
2. Maintenance Operator
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or those with 2 years of manufacturing experience; must have a background in maintenance.
* Core Competencies: Proven ability in technical problem-solving, strong leadership, and active involvement in organizational activities.
3. Production Operator
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
* Core Competencies: Ability to drive production efficiency, strong problem-solving skills, leadership capability, and active organizational participation.
4. Maintenance Supervisor
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within a manufacturing setting.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance, deep understanding of textile production machinery, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership.
5. General Affairs (GA) Supervisor
* Qualifications: S1 degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years as a GA Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in company licensing and legal compliance (OSS, Proper, and permits). Possession of ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U certifications is highly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong industrial relations skills, leadership, and a focus on problem-solving.
