1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Geology, or Geodesy. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Possession of POP certification is mandatory, with JUT certification required for specific roles.
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructor Track Group Leader.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience, holding POP, TOT, and Assessor certifications.
3. Operation Department
* Role: External Relation Section Head.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Sociology, Human Resources, or Law. At least 3 years of experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
4. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Department
* Role: SHE Section Head.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or Public Health. Minimum 3 years of experience with active POP, ISMKP, and AK3U certifications.
5. OTD (Organization & Training Development) Department
* Roles: OTD Section Head, Instructor.
* Requirements: Relevant degree or high school diploma with extensive technical experience. Must have 3–5 years of instructional experience, strong leadership skills, and hold POP and TOT certifications.
6. Production Department
* Roles: Production Section Head, Production Group Leader.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geology. Requires 2–3 years of relevant field experience and a valid POP certification.
