## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of production and safety, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Applicants must hold a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Candidates with a background in Pharmacy are highly encouraged to apply and will receive preferential consideration.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
* Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical and mental health. Minimum height requirements are 160 cm for men and 150 cm for women.
* Vaccination Status: All candidates must have received the 4th dose of the COVID-19 vaccine (2nd Booster).
* Location: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the company's facility in Cikarang.
