## About the Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP)
The Graduate Acceleration Program is designed to identify and develop high-potential talent. Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous, high-quality development track aimed at mastering the complexities of the forestry and timber supply chain.
Key Program Requirements
To ensure a successful application, please review the following criteria:
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation Studies, Accounting, Informatics Engineering, Law, or Psychology.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to sign a three-year service agreement.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo intensive training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for a duration of six months.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high ethical standards, and a proactive initiative-taking mindset.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our operational sites across East or Central Kalimantan.
