Engineering and Technical Roles
* Process Engineer (PE)
* Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
* Proficiency in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Lean Manufacture Engineer
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
* Fluent in English.
Operations and Logistics
* PPIC Staff
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Solid understanding of production processes.
* Preference for candidates with 2+ years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control.
* Mandarin proficiency is a plus; open to fresh graduates.
* Warehouse Staff
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum 2 years of professional warehouse experience.
* Must hold a valid SIO Forklift certificate and be proficient in forklift operations.
* Strong familiarity with Excel.
Administrative and Specialized Support
* Purchasing Staff
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Familiarity with production materials and supply chain.
* At least 2 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF).
* Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields.
* Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Minimum 2 years of QMS experience.
* Mandarin Translator
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* HSK 5 certification or higher is required.
* Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Minimum 1 year of HR experience or internship.
* Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and Indonesian labor laws.
* Must be fluent in Mandarin and English; willing to be based in Cikarang.
