To be considered for this pivotal role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager specifically within Water Treatment Plant (WTP) environments.
* Communication: Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately interpret complex engineering and technical schematics.
* Leadership: Strong aptitude for managing teams and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following duties:
1. Project Execution: Lead the lifecycle of projects from the initial planning stages through to final delivery.
