## Empowering Production: The Role of a Utility Operator
As a Utility Operator at our cutting-edge paper cup manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our essential utility systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining optimal production environments and upholding our commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* System Operation & Monitoring: Expertly operate, vigilantly monitor, and meticulously maintain crucial utility infrastructure, including advanced Air Conditioning systems, industrial Compressors, precision Chillers, and comprehensive Water Treatment Systems.
* Record Management: Diligently monitor and maintain accurate daily operational records, ensuring thorough documentation for analysis and compliance.
* Preventive Maintenance & Inspection: Execute proactive preventive maintenance schedules and conduct regular, detailed inspections to maximize equipment performance, extend asset lifespan, and significantly minimize potential downtime.
* Troubleshooting & Resolution: Swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve operational issues, applying effective troubleshooting techniques to restore system functionality promptly.
* Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that all work activities rigorously adhere to the company's stringent safety policies, established operational procedures, and environmental protection standards.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive daily operational reports, providing clear insights into system status and any relevant developments.

* Basic understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and practices is essential.
