We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team in Serang as a Warehouse Admin.
## Role Overview: Warehouse Admin Responsibilities
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain. You will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory movements are tracked accurately and that our storage facilities operate with maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
* Inventory Management: Overseeing the receipt of products and ensuring they align with quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Optimization: Implementing and maintaining FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols to manage product shelf life.
* Data Accuracy: Maintaining precise records of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure physical stock matches digital documentation.
* Stock Auditing: Conducting regular stock opname sessions to reconcile inventory levels.
* Reporting: Preparing and submitting periodic operational warehouse reports for management review.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates, though individuals with at least one year of professional warehouse experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
* Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly organized working style.
* Operational Requirements: Must be able to operate a vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
* Demographics: Male, maximum 35 years of age. Candidates residing in or near Serang will be given priority.
* Team Dynamics: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
