Professional Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Leadership: Preference will be given to candidates who have served in a Coordinator or Team Leader role within manufacturing or production operations.
