## Program Overview: Management Trainee Positions
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Management Trainee (MT) program. This initiative is designed to groom future leaders through comprehensive training and rotational programs across various departments.
1. Management Trainee: Production Division
This track is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background who are eager to master the intricacies of manufacturing operations.
* Press Dies
* Welding/Assembly
* Painting
* Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
* Maintenance
Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering; Industrial Chemistry; or Chemical Education.
* Male, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum D3–S1 degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Proficient in English, Japanese, or Mandarin (a significant advantage).
* Solid understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
* Possession of relevant technical certifications (e.g., CAD/AutoCAD, Electrical Safety, BNSP Welder/Maintenance, or Quality Inspector) is a preferred asset.
