The Operations track is designed for leaders who thrive in fast-paced retail environments. You will be at the heart of our success, ensuring that our storefronts and supply chains function at peak performance.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee store operations, warehouse management, Outlet Mitra Indogrosir (OMI) support, and member relations. Ensure full adherence to corporate SOPs and management policies.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4 or S1 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Sukabumi, Bali, and Gorontalo.
## 2. SDP – Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
In the digital age, our retail success relies on robust technological infrastructure. The EDP track is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy maintaining complex data systems.
* Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance for networks, hardware, software, and servers. Coordinate with the EDP department to manage inventory databases and facilitate seamless transaction processing.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4 or S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management.
* Practical knowledge of SQL.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Bandung, Bali, and Gorontalo.
## 3. SDP – Finance & Accounting

* Key Responsibilities: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, manage journal entries, and perform account reconciliations. Provide in-depth analysis of financial statements to support management decisions.

* Possession of a Brevet certificate is required.
