As a leader in metallurgical coal and mineral processing, the company is currently developing a massive 600-hectare green aluminium smelter in North Kalimantan. With an initial production capacity of 500,000 tons of aluminium, this project stands at the forefront of Indonesiaโs transition toward sustainable, value-added mineral processing.
We are currently inviting high-caliber professionals to join our expanding team at our site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan. We are looking for a dedicated Heavy Equipment Inventory & Material Control Administrator to help manage our operational logistics and maintain our heavy machinery assets.
## Key Responsibilities of the Role
The Heavy Equipment Inventory & Material Control Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily contributions will include:
* Asset Management: Maintaining precise master data for equipment, including warranty documentation, inspection records, and detailed maintenance logs.
* Preventive Oversight: Proactively monitoring and tracking all preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime.
* System Administration: Creating, managing, and overseeing Purchase Requisitions (PR), material reservations, and maintenance work orders within the SAP (PM/MM) environment.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with the Maintenance, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure real-time visibility into equipment status and material availability.
* Performance Reporting: Compiling accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding maintenance progress and overall equipment performance.
* Logistics Support: Assisting with warehouse and inventory control, conducting routine stock verification, managing spare parts, and ensuring asset data remains current.
* Administrative Excellence: Providing comprehensive support to the heavy equipment workshop to ensure seamless site operations.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a blend of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and industry experience. We are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field. An engineering background is highly valued.
* Professional Experience: At least 2โ3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance administration, inventory control, or spare parts management.
* Industry Expertise: Previous experience within the mining, metals, or heavy equipment sectors is strongly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy equipment components and spare parts management, specifically for major brands such as CAT or Komatsu.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proven experience utilizing SAP (PM/MM modules) will be considered a significant advantage.
* Logistical Readiness: Willingness to be stationed at our Bulungan site and adhere to a site-based roster schedule.
