We are looking for talented individuals to fill the following strategic roles within our organization:
1. Purchasing Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our procurement lifecycle.
* Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Expertise: Proven experience in export/import operations, shipping lines, forwarders, and EMKL.
* Skills: End-to-end procurement management and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Personnel Staff (HR/Payroll)
This role is vital for maintaining our organizational efficiency and managing our large workforce of over 1,000 employees.
* Requirements: Mandatory S1 degree in Informatics/IT with at least 2 years of experience in HR or Payroll within a large-scale enterprise.
* Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of remuneration, compensation, and benefits systems.
* Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP). Experience with HRIS software is highly desirable.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing monthly attendance reports, tracking employee status changes (promotions, demotions, transfers), and overseeing shift schedules and overtime calculations.
3. Automation Technician
We are seeking a technical expert to support our sophisticated manufacturing environment.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of electrical and automation systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Industrial Networks.
* Mechanical Knowledge: Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, wiring panels, and electrical drawing schematics.
* Preferences: 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment and current electrical/automation certifications.
4. Unit Head Quality Assurance (QA)
This position oversees the integrity of our production materials and finished goods.
* Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Chemical Engineering. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

5. Warehouse Staff
We are looking for an organized individual to oversee our storage operations and inventory data.
* Requirements: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Informatics or Computer Science.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF) and a solid understanding of warehouse management principles.
* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse role is considered a significant advantage.
