## 1. Qualified Electrical Technician
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of our electrical systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational continuity across our facilities.
Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree majoring in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of electrical systems (strong and weak currents), electrical installations, and control panels.
* Tool Proficiency: Ability to operate electrical measurement devices, including multimeters and clamp meters.
* Core Competencies: Capable of executing electrical installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting repairs independently or within a collaborative team environment.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination abilities, and readiness to work on shifting schedules if operational demands require.
* Safety & Health: Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards, complemented by good physical and mental health.

We are seeking a sharp and analytical Corporate Strategy Planning Assistant to support our high-level financial planning, investment analysis, and business development initiatives.
Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering, with a strong preference for Finance and Accounting majors.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business Consulting, or Business Development. High-achieving fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis (DCF, IRR, NPV, Payback Period), alongside the ability to craft feasibility studies.
* Software Mastery: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Bloomberg, Reuters, or standard accounting software is a distinct advantage.
* Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), coupled with the capability to perform market research, cost-structure breakdowns, and risk assessments.
* Personal Attributes: Strong critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Preferred Credentials: Holding professional certifications such as CFA Level 1, FMVA, or other recognized investment analysis accreditations will be prioritized.
