1. Lean Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Lead cost-reduction initiatives, drive continuous improvement methodologies, and ensure organizational manufacturing targets are consistently met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; proven experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing environments; exceptional project management and change management capabilities.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Design and optimize high-quality line tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Explore automation opportunities and standardize equipment across our global sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering; proficiency in PLC programming, basic pneumatics, machining, and technical drafting.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Develop efficient production workflows, design workstations, manage plant layouts, and calculate labor/material yield requirements.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering; experience with AutoCAD and basic automation controls.
4. Product Development Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Translate 2D design concepts into manufacturable products, ensuring aesthetic appeal while optimizing production efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design; advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
5. Product Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Initiate new toy projects, perform design and cost reviews, and manage mass production timelines while adhering to strict international quality standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; fundamental certification in PMD and deep knowledge of product and process lifecycles.
6. Production Supervisor
* Key Accountabilities: Oversee shift operations, ensure safety and quality standards, eliminate non-value-added tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; prior experience in manufacturing supervision; availability for shift work; strong analytical and leadership skills.
7. Material Planner
* Key Accountabilities: Manage purchase orders, track material flow, resolve quality and pricing issues, and maintain accurate records within MRP/ERP systems.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management; 2–3 years of experience in procurement or inventory control; advanced Excel proficiency.
8. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Execute preventive maintenance, monitor spare part usage, manage maintenance budgets, and lead technical teams to ensure maximum machine uptime.
* Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience; skills in PLC, hydraulics, and AutoCAD.
9. Indirect Buyer
* Key Accountabilities: Manage procurement of non-production goods and services, identify competitive suppliers, and perform performance evaluations to ensure service reliability.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in indirect procurement; high proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.
10. Technical Specialist (Teknisi)
* Key Accountabilities: Maintain production machinery and support specialized technical tasks on the shop floor.
* Requirements: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia; 3 years of experience; proficiency in PLC, printing machinery, or SolidWorks; must be willing to work in shifts in Cikarang.
