## Production Operator Roles and Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your daily duties will include:
* Production Execution: Implementing manufacturing processes in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal quality guidelines.
* Preparation: Organizing raw materials and essential equipment prior to the commencement of production cycles.
* Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining production machinery while strictly adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
* Quality Assurance: Ensuring every stage of production meets company standards before the final product is handed over to the Quality Control (QC) department.
* Documentation: Managing production checklists and essential documentation with high accuracy.
* Sampling: Preparing and submitting paint samples throughout the production process for rigorous inspection.
* Operational Oversight: Monitoring machine performance and reporting any technical issues or production bottlenecks to management immediately.
* Compliance: Upholding company regulations and actively participating in the maintenance of our Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum completion of high school (SMA/SMU) or an equivalent qualification.
2. Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
3. Personal Attributes: Must be diligent, resilient, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of personal responsibility.
4. Safety Awareness: A deep understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards is essential.
5. Technical Aptitude: Ability to follow complex work instructions and adhere to procedural workflows consistently.
6. Physical Requirement: Candidates must not have color blindness to ensure accurate quality assessment.
