## Available Positions
1. Production Planner
The Production Planner plays a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing excellence by optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
* Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
* Oversee daily production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to resolve production-related issues.
* Maintain accurate inventory and material movement tracking throughout the production cycle.
* Provide administrative support to the production team and compile operational performance reports.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any major.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production control environment.
* Proven background in production planning, inventory management, or administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills with a self-motivated and innovative mindset; fluency in Mandarin or English is highly desirable.
2. Shipping Officer
The Shipping Officer is responsible for the seamless coordination of our international and domestic trade logistics, ensuring all import and export activities remain compliant and on schedule.
* Act as the primary point of contact for principals, terminals, shipping companies, and port authorities.
* Manage the end-to-end documentation process for all import and export operations.
* Prepare essential shipping documentation, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, and PPFTZ.
* Track and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
* Generate detailed reports regarding the realization of import and export activities.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any major.
* Prior experience working within a shipping or logistics company.
* In-depth knowledge of ship agency management and regulatory requirements.
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
* Excellent command of Mandarin or English.
