## Current Employment Opportunities
We are currently hiring for various positions across three primary career tracks.
1. Operator and Field Roles
These positions are ideal for candidates with technical backgrounds who excel in hands-on environments:
* Technical Support: Requires vocational (SMK) education in construction or property-related fields.
* Sales Staff: Open to candidates with an SMA/SMK education background.
* Mechanical & Electrical Technicians: Requires vocational training in electrical, machining, or welding disciplines.
* Quality Control & Execution Operators: Open to science-stream SMA or chemical industrial vocational graduates.
* Forklift & Loader Operators: Must hold a valid SIO certification.
* Security Personnel: Must possess Gada Pratama certification.
* Truck Drivers: Requires a valid B1 driver's license and experience with COD/Tronton vehicles.
2. Administrative and Professional Staff
We are looking for motivated individuals to support our core business operations:
* Finance & Accounting: Requires D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
* HRD Professionals: Requires S1 in Psychology or Law.
* IT & Systems: Requires D3/S1 in Informatics or Information Systems.
* R&D, QMS, & Process Control: Focus on candidates with engineering or science degrees (Chemical, Industrial, MIPA).
* Clinical Nursing: Requires D3/S1 in Nursing with a Hiperkes certificate.
* HSE (K3L) Specialists: Requires D3/S1 in Environmental Engineering or Public Health with an AK3 General certificate.
* Technical Engineering Staff: Specialized roles for candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
3. Supervisory and Leadership Roles
For those with proven experience in team leadership, we offer roles such as:
* Utility & Production Supervisors: Requires a degree in Engineering or MIPA and at least 5 years of professional experience.
* Mechanical & Engineering Foremen: Requires a degree in technical fields and at least 3 years of experience.
* Leadership Requirement: All supervisor/foreman candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to manage a team of at least 10 individuals.
