PT Paragon Technology and Innovation is officially accepting applications for various positions in October 2026. All roles are based at the Jatake Plant in Tangerang.
1. Operations and Support Roles
* Cleaning Service: Responsible for maintaining hygiene and facility standards. Requires high school education (SMA/SMK) and a keen eye for cleanliness.
* Driver (Truck): Involves transporting goods while ensuring vehicle maintenance and safety. Requires a B1/B2 driver’s license and logistics experience.
* Operator Forklift: Manages material handling within the warehouse. Must possess an active SIO Forklift license and knowledge of FEFO/FIFO systems.
* Production Operator: Executes production processes while upholding safety and quality standards. Open to fresh graduates with technical aptitude.
* Security (Female): Ensures site security, conducts inspections, and manages guest administration. Gada Pratama certification is preferred.
2. Engineering and Maintenance Positions
* Factory Engineering Assistant: Focuses on standardizing production workflows, continuous improvement, and technical documentation. Requires a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
