* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3 years of experience in supervision consulting; valid SKA Madya/Muda (optional).
* Responsibilities: Supervising contractor activities, drafting comprehensive oversight reports, coordinating technical inputs to align with specifications, and performing technical justifications.
2. Instrument Engineer
This role is vital for our electrical and signaling projects, particularly in specialized infrastructure.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Instrument & Control/Telecom/Electronic/Physics/Industrial or Railway Systems Engineering; 8+ years of experience in electrical/signaling (railway experience preferred); 3+ years in supervision consulting. Must be willing to work in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Responsibilities: Inspecting and evaluating contractor output, verifying project documentation, and conducting technical analyses.
3. Team Leader
The Team Leader is the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors and the firm.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 5+ years of experience in Construction Management/Supervision Consulting; previous experience as a Team Leader; valid SKK Madya (optional).
* Responsibilities: Leading the supervision team, directing project discussions, managing data collection/reporting, and ensuring full compliance with client requirements across Indonesia.
4. Asset Management Specialist
