## Job Opening: Production Specialist Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated Production Specialist Operator to join our facility in Bandung. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency of our manufacturing processes and the consistent quality of our products.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate, monitor, and conduct routine maintenance on production machinery in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Performance Monitoring: Maintain clean and safe machinery environments to ensure daily production targets are met without compromising quality standards.
* Reporting: Generate accurate daily reports regarding production output, raw material consumption, and any technical obstacles encountered during the shift.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and experience criteria:
1. Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of prior experience as a production operator.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
3. Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to work effectively within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
