Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry, we are seeking ambitious individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both verbal and written) considered a distinct advantage.
* Industry Passion: A demonstrated interest in the dynamic F&B landscape.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to adapt, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of initiative to achieve performance targets.
* Organizational Experience: Active participation in student organizations or professional clubs with evidence of strong leadership or administrative capabilities.
* Geographical Flexibility:
* Willingness to undergo the one-year training program based in Malang and Surabaya.
* Readiness to be stationed in any of our operational locations across Indonesia following the completion of the training program.
* Availability to participate in the selection process (FGD and User Committee Interviews) either offline at our Head Office in Malang or via online platforms for candidates residing outside of Java.
