## Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) 2025
To meet the increasing demands of the mining and construction industry, PT Putra Sarana Transborneo is launching the 2025 Fresh Graduate Development Program. This initiative is designed to cultivate future leaders through structured training and hands-on operational exposure.
We are currently recruiting for the following specialized streams:
* FGDP – Human Capital: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
* FGDP – Operation: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* FGDP – Engineering: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
* FGDP – CPSD: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
* FGDP – Plant: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
## Essential Qualifications for Applicants
To be considered for these prestigious positions, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender: Male applicants only.
2. Age Limits: Maximum 28 years old for the Human Capital stream; maximum 25 years old for all other streams.
3. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
4. Appearance: Free from tattoos and piercings.
5. Health Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
6. Vaccination Status: Proof of receiving the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine is required.
7. Commitment: Applicants must be willing to undergo the full duration of the training program and be prepared for placement at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan.
