We are currently seeking passionate professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Content Plan Specialist
* Role Description: Orchestrate the brand’s digital narrative by developing weekly and monthly content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will align creative outputs with campaign goals, analyze industry trends, and monitor performance metrics to optimize future engagement.
* Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication with 1–3 years of experience in content planning. You must be highly organized, creative, and ready to join immediately.
2. Videographer Editor Specialist
* Role Description: Bring our beauty vision to life through high-quality visual storytelling. You will plan, shoot, and edit everything from product tutorials to behind-the-scenes content, collaborating closely with influencers and design teams.
* Key Requirements: Degree in Visual Communication Design with 1–3 years of videography experience. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and camera equipment is essential.
3. HR Generalist
* Role Description: Act as the backbone of our office culture by managing end-to-end recruitment, employee data, and general administration. You will also oversee office maintenance, organize team-building events, and ensure a safe, productive workplace.
* Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management with at least 2 years of HR experience. A proactive problem-solving mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
4. Affiliate Specialist
* Role Description: Scale our market presence by managing affiliate programs on platforms like TikTok and Shopee. You will recruit creators, set commission structures, and track KPIs like CTR and ROI to ensure consistent campaign growth.
* Key Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply familiar with the creator ecosystem.
5. Area Sales Supervisor
* Role Description: Drive market penetration by executing sales strategies and monitoring distribution networks. You will ensure product availability at all outlets, manage distributor stock, and lead teams to achieve ambitious regional targets.
* Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or personal care sales. Must possess an active driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a strong grasp of area coverage logistics.
6. Purchasing Specialist
* Role Description: Optimize our supply chain by sourcing premium materials and negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. You will manage purchase orders, update procurement databases, and maintain vendor relations.
* Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the beauty sector. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup/Pivot) are mandatory.
