PT Rumah Wadah Indonesia is a dynamic enterprise with a diverse portfolio spanning hospitality, gardening supplies, food and beverage, and fashion retail. We are currently expanding our flagship fashion brand, BAIQ MARKET, which maintains a strong retail presence in Yogyakarta, Mall TSM Cibubur, and South Jakarta. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fashion Retail Store Manager to lead our South Jakarta location.
## Your Role as a Store Manager
As the Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our retail operations. You are responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering an environment where both staff and customers thrive. Your leadership will be pivotal in upholding the BAIQ MARKET standard of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Manage daily store activities to ensure we consistently reach and exceed our established sales targets.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain precise inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring the right products are always available.
* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train staff to achieve industry-leading customer service standards through regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback.
* Visual Excellence: Ensure the store is visually appealing, utilizing best practices in visual merchandising to create an inviting and professional shopping environment.
* Customer Experience: Cultivate a positive shopping atmosphere, resolve customer grievances with professionalism, and build long-term brand loyalty.
* Strategic Growth: Analyze sales reports to identify consumer trends, adjusting in-store strategies and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to boost visibility.
* Budget & Compliance: Manage store budgets with efficiency and ensure full adherence to corporate policies and local regulations.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly sales and performance analytics to senior management.
## Ideal Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the fashion retail landscape. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to take ownership of our South Jakarta branch and drive tangible results.
Required Skills and Experience
1. Professional Background: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fashion industry.
2. Educational Merit: Minimum High School diploma; candidates with a background in Management, Marketing, or a related field are highly preferred.
3. Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale operations, specifically selling areas of up to 800 sqm.
4. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating large teams.
5. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions that align with current fashion trends.
6. Visual Merchandising: A creative eye for store layout and product presentation.
