## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking disciplined, physically fit, and highly motivated individuals to join our technical team. To qualify for the BMC program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Male, holding a minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK). Preference is given to graduates from technical majors.
* Age Requirements: Applicants must be between 17 and 22 years of age.
* Physical Specifications: A minimum height of 163 cm is required, with the ability to swim considered a significant advantage.
* Passion for Machinery: A fundamental understanding of mechanics or a demonstrated, genuine interest in heavy equipment maintenance.
* Health Standards: Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health. Applicants must have no history of serious conditions, including heart disease, asthma, bone fractures, or major surgical procedures.
