1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are looking for an analytical professional to manage inbound, outbound, and inventory operation metrics.
* Key Responsibilities: Compile operational data, identify performance trends, provide actionable insights, and design professional visual presentations using design software like Canva or Photoshop.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fluency in English are mandatory.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan)
This role involves leading administrative operations and acting as a key liaison for our site at PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily administrative workflows, ensure documentation compliance, and coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial settings. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and professional English proficiency are essential.
3. Admin Project (Bintan)
An on-the-ground role focused on documentation accuracy and efficient site mobilization.
* Key Responsibilities: Prepare shipping documents, perform cargo inspections during unloading, report damages, and manage field communications with international expatriates.
* Requirements: Vocational high school diploma or higher. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of professional communication in English.
4. Warehouse PIC (Cibitung, MM2100)
A leadership-focused role managing warehouse operations and inventory integrity.
* Key Responsibilities: Optimize storage space, manage receipt and dispatch workflows, and maintain high standards of stock accuracy using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields with 3+ years of experience. Mandarin language skills are considered an added advantage.
5. Warehouse Helper (Cibitung, MM2100)
Essential support for warehouse fluidity and inventory organization.
* Key Responsibilities: Assist in unloading, arranging, and moving goods, while collaborating with the team to ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
6. Warehouse Checker (Cibitung, MM2100)
Ensuring quality control and precision in every shipment.
* Key Responsibilities: Inspect arriving goods, reconcile orders against physical stock, verify shipping documents, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
7. Warehouse Picker (Cibitung, MM2100)
A vital role in order fulfillment and accurate inventory preparation.
* Key Responsibilities: Retrieve items according to order lists, verify product quantity, label goods for transit, and coordinate with checkers to finalize shipments.
* Requirements: High school/vocational background, knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, and ability to handle shifting schedules.
8. Forklift Operator (Cibitung, MM2100)
Technical logistics support for daily warehouse operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute inbound and outbound activities while adhering to rigorous safety protocols for forklift operation.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience with an active SIO (Forklift License). Must be proficient in operating Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, and Pallet Movers.
9. Inventory Admin (Medan)
