## Candidate Profile and Requirements
We are looking for proactive individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced industry. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Graduation Timeline: The program is exclusively open to students graduating in 2027.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Professional Character: We value individuals who are disciplined, responsible, highly adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Language Skills: High proficiency in English is mandatory; active fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
## Program Scope and Opportunities
