## Role Overview: Production Operator (Internship)
We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist in our injection molding processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their technical expertise within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Performing routine operations on injection molding machinery.
* Conducting rigorous quality inspections on plastic and resin parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
* Meeting daily production output targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.
* Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless workflow during scheduled shifts.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in production operations, specifically within an injection molding facility.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of plastic and resin part inspection protocols.
* Physical Aptitude: Must be in excellent physical and mental health; color-blindness is an automatic disqualifier for this role.
* Performance Driven: Ability to consistently meet production quotas and adhere to strict quality control measures.
